AgentReef Inc ("AgentReef", "we", "us", or "our") provides a platform for building, orchestrating, and observing AI agents (the "Service"). When you create an account, book a demo, or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, and any content you submit, including the workflows, prompts, and configurations you build.
When you run agents, the Service processes the inputs, tool calls, and outputs of those runs ("Customer Data") on your behalf as a processor. You control what data your agents access and retain.
We collect device and usage data through cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and understand how it's used.
We use personal data to provide and secure the Service, authenticate users, process subscriptions, provide support, send service and permitted marketing communications, generate aggregated analytics, and meet legal obligations.
Agent runs may send inputs to the model providers you configure. We do not use your Customer Data to train foundation models, and we offer bring-your-own-keys so your traffic can route directly to your chosen providers under your own agreements.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with sub-processors who help us run the Service (cloud hosting, model providers you select, analytics, and support tooling), professional advisers, authorities where required by law, and a successor entity in a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
We host data in the region you select. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.
We keep account and billing data while your account is active and for up to seven years afterward where required by law. Run logs and Customer Data are retained per your configuration; you can export or delete them at any time, subject to legal requirements.
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, continuous monitoring, and regular third-party penetration testing. Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II audited.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@agentreef.com.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice before they take effect.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AgentReef platform and related services (the "Service") provided by AgentReef Inc ("AgentReef", "we", "us"), a Delaware corporation. By creating an account, booking a demo, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
AgentReef provides tools to design, deploy, orchestrate, and observe AI agents on a subscription and usage basis. We may update or improve features over time and will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during your term without notice.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account, including the agents and workflows you run.
You agree not to use the Service to build agents that violate law or third-party rights, generate malicious code, conduct unauthorized access, infringe intellectual property, or circumvent the usage and rate limits of the Service or connected providers. You are responsible for the actions your agents take through connected tools and credentials.
You retain all rights to the data, prompts, and configurations you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your use of third-party model providers and for complying with their terms.
Plans include a base allotment of agent runs; usage above the allotment is billed per the rates on your plan. Fees are payable in advance and non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend the Service for overdue accounts after reasonable notice. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
The Service, including its software, templates, and trademarks, is owned by AgentReef and its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction.
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing agent outputs before relying on them. Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Each party's total aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms apply while you use the Service. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will make your data available for export for 30 days before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local protections.
